Terms of Service – Shebella Beauty and Slimming

By booking or using services from Shebella Beauty and Slimming (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide non-invasive beauty and slimming treatments, including:

• V-Jet technology treatments
• Facial services
• Hair treatments
• Skin rejuvenation and lifting

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in SGD.
• No GST, no hidden fees.
• Student and senior discounts apply only to facials (with valid ID).

3. Booking & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked via: WhatsApp Booking Link.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or package sessions.

4. Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• No refunds for completed treatments.
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law.

5. Medical Disclaimer

• Treatments are not substitutes for medical advice or treatment.
• Results may vary depending on individual factors.
• V-Jet Fat Melt is not permanent — poor diet or lack of exercise can reverse results.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health and skin condition information.
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions for best results.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for results that vary due to individual conditions or failure to follow care instructions.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions if undisclosed conditions exist.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, and content on our website and in-salon are owned by Shebella Beauty and Slimming.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
